What paper do you use for your prints?
We use Museum archival paper for its exceptional quality and durability. This premium fine art paper is made from 100% cotton and is acid-free, ensuring long-lasting prints that resist aging. Its heavyweight, providing a luxurious feel, while the subtly textured surface enhances depth and detail, resulting in a gallery-quality, painterly effect. The rich, natural white tone of Museum archival paper beautifully highlights vibrant colors and intricate details, making it an ideal choice for our fine art photography prints.
Are the colors of the prints true to what I see online?
While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings. We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure the final product closely resembles what you see on our website.
What is the expected lifespan of your prints?
Our prints are created using high-quality, archival materials that ensure they can last a lifetime with proper care. When displayed away from direct sunlight and humidity, you can expect your prints to maintain their vibrancy for 100+ years.
How should I care for my prints?
To maintain the quality of your prints, avoid direct sunlight, keep them in a climate-controlled environment. For framed prints, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
What sizes are available for prints?
To make it easier for you to choose, we offer four standard sizes: small, medium, large, and extra-large, with multiple options in between. All our prints follow a 2:3 or 3:2 aspect ratio (horizontally or vertically), ensuring consistency in dimensions and optimal visual appeal for each piece.
Do you provide framing services?
Currently, we offer one type of framing option, which is a sleek black frame. If you have specific styles or finishes in mind that would better match your decor and personal taste, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d be happy to work with you to find a solution that suits your needs!
What's the difference between choosing a print with or without a white border?
Without a White Border: Opting for a print without a border creates a modern, uninterrupted presentation of the artwork. This style is perfect for those who prefer a more contemporary look or plan to display the print without a frame. It allows the image to take center stage, making a bold statement in any setting.
With a White Border: Adding a white border can enhance the visual appeal of the print, providing a clean, classic look, making it easier to frame. The border also gives a sense of space around the image, allowing the viewer to focus on the details of the artwork.
Do you offer limited edition prints?
Currently, our first collection consists of open edition prints, meaning they are available in unlimited quantities. However, we may introduce limited edition or limited-time offer prints in future collections, giving collectors the chance to own exclusive pieces.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity for your prints?
At this time, certificates of authenticity are not provided for open edition prints. If we release limited edition prints in the future, they may include a certificate of authenticity to confirm their exclusivity. However, you might just find a small, heartfelt thank-you card tucked in with your order! (We can’t help but share a little extra appreciation for each customer!) 😊
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a flat rate of $30 USD for all international orders. To minimize shipping rates, import fees, and taxes for our customers, we’ve collaborated with trusted local print shops in various regions around the globe ensuring your print arrives quickly and with the highest quality standard. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
What are the delivery times for orders?
For orders within Lebanon, the delivery time is typically 7-10 days.
For international orders, delivery usually takes between 15-20 days, depending on the destination. Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays such as local carrier issues may affect shipping times.
How are the prints packaged for shipping?
Your prints will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use sturdy packaging materials to prevent damage during transit, including protective sleeves and rigid mailers.
What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us at works@michelfakhoury.com or on +961 76 550 910 within 48 hours with a photo and a detailed description of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or damage during shipping. Please contact us on works@michelfakhoury.com within 48 hours of receipt if you encounter any issues.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us on works@michelfakhoury.com ASAP. We can make adjustments as long as the order has not yet been processed, printed or shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (visa, mastercard, ApplePay..), PayPal and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

Can I request a specific photo that is not listed?
